Fifth Studio Album to be Released in early 2010 on the One Haven Music label in Conjunction with The Orchard

New York – December  8, 2009 – One Haven Music and The Orchard (NASDAQ: ORCD), a full service media company specializing in the distribution of music and video entertainment, today announced the signing of singer, songwriter, and producer Butch Walker.

Butch Walker, has produced hits for some of the biggest names in music today, including Katy Perry, Weezer, Pink, Dashboard Confessional, and Avril Lavigne.  He has received critical acclaim including being named Producer of the Year by Rolling Stone.  Walker also fronts his own band, Butch Walker and the Black Widows, and regularly tours to sold-out audiences, including last week’s three night run at Joe’s Pub in NYC.

One Haven Music will release Butch Walker’s highly anticipated release I Liked You Better When You Had No Heart through The Orchard’s physical, digital and mobile network, utilizing its in-depth marketing capabilities.  Additionally, The Orchard is the exclusive representative for synchronization licensing. The album, which will be available on vinyl on February 2, 2010 and CD and digital everywhere on February 23, is Butch Walker’s fifth studio album and the first for One Haven Music.  Butch Walker will embark on a national tour in support of the new collection.
