October 19, 2012 Freeloader Friday No Comments

Cisco Adler "Aloha"If you’re in New York and you’ve been doing it right, you’re spent from what’s been a crazy week of running around the city catching your favorite bands and discovering new ones while trying to stay awake at work and still being in full form for more shows that night. (It’s not called a marathon for nothing, folks!)

Of course, I’m talking about CMJ, and even though it ends tomorrow, you know the festivities are still just heating up. So we’ve decided to go easy on you today, and give you just enough to get that perfect balance between pumped up and wound down:

Our man Cisco Adler‘s going to start by making you go “Boom Boom Boom,” Menahan Street Band will welcome you back home as you turn off the lights and Local Natives will give you goosebumps as they hum sweet tunes in your ear while you recharge… If you want more, check out our exclusive CMJ playlist!
