Featuring Royce’s wingman Eminem, “Writer’s Block” is the lead single from Royce’s recently released solo album, Success is Certain. Kind of a double video in itself, “Writer’s Block” starts as a video for the album track before switching to the DJ Premier remix of the song, included on the iTunes exclusive version of the album.
“Lighters” spotlights Bruno Mars, who lends his R&B vocals to the unstoppable Royce Da 5’9”/Eminem duo Bad Meets Evil. The video highlights the contrast between the two styles, and though you might notice that Royce and Eminem seem to really dig red, the juxtaposition is really cool.
