Finnish/Mexican artist Joalin presents her solo project via 11 Ones Music and The Orchard. Joalin was a member of the global pop group, Now United. Formed by Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller, Now United brought together over a dozen singers from across the world to form a united pop group. The group found immense international success but struck a special chord with fans in Brazil, becoming one of Brazil’s most popular music acts.
Keeping with global ties, Joalin and her team at 11 Ones Music will work closely with both The Orchard’s Nordics and Mexico office. “We are excited to welcome Joalin and the team at 11 ONES to the family at The Orchard”, says Nikoo Sadr, Director, Artist & Label Services, Nordics. “Joalin is our first Finnish signing to our Artist Services division in the Nordics and we are happy to welcome such a talented, multi-faceted, and driven artist to our growing roster.”
Set to be released June 15, Joalin’s debut solo single “Angelito” is a laid-back Reggaeton love song sung in Spanish. With layers of breathy harmonies and Reggaeton drum beats, “Angelito” is a beautiful introduction to the solo music to come from Joalin.
