Peso Pluma’s ‘GÉNESIS’ Is Finally Here

Peso Pluma’s ‘GÉNESIS’ Is Finally Here

Peso Pluma’s much anticipated third studio album GÉNESIS is out now! The 14-track album has collaborations with Junior H, Eladio Carrión, Jasiel Nuñez, and more. His definable musical style brings a blend of Corridos, Urban, Trap, and Reggaeton to life.

The 24-year-old has built his success over a variety of releases in the Regional Mexican genre. His first two studio albums Ah y Qué (2020) and Efectos Secundarios (2021) are prominent projects in his repertoire. In 2022, however, he released “El Belicón” with Raul Vega which transformed his status as an artist since it was certified 8x Platinum Latin certification by the RIAA. Pluma’s collaboration with Luis R. Conriquez, “Siempre Pendientes” gained 5x Platinum Latin-certified and entered the Billboard Global 200 making this his first viral release.

Pluma also worked with Natanael Cano on “PRC” and “AMG” which blew up on TikTok amongst the Latin music community and they both charted on the Billboard Hot 100. In April, he made history alongside Eslabon Armado with chart-topper “Ella Baila Sola,” the first Regional Mexican song to reach the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 (peaking at #4 on May 6th). Pluma is the first Mexican act to simultaneously have the most Spanish-language entries in the U.S. ever as he has placed 9 songs on the Hot 100 chart.

He’s performed with the likes of Becky G, Bizarrap, and more! Earlier this year he appeared as a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Peso Pluma is the First Regional Mexican singer to appear on the cover of Viva Latino, a renowned Spotify Playlist with over 13 million followers. He’s also the First Regional Mexican Artist to be featured in Spotify’s RADAR. Pluma currently stands at #35 in the world on Spotify and is the most streamed artist in Mexico.

Be sure to check him out on his first-ever U.S. tour – the DOBLE P Tour as it kicks off this summer!
